Commentary
One of my concerns following any motorcycle wreck is whether it's getting the attention it deserves. A lot of people are biased against motorcyclists, and this can lead to hasty and outright false conclusions. Even authorities can fall into this trap. I've had cases where we had to correct the record through our own investigations. Maybe authorities were more thorough here, but it's not the sort of thing I'd ever take for granted.
