Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A lot of the calls I get from people are about single-vehicle accidents like this. More than anything, people just want to be sure their side of the story is told fairly. That's a perfectly reasonable concern its face, but it's especially important since authorities sometimes treat crashes like this as a low priority. As a result, having independent investigators look into a single-vehicle crash sometimes reveals new information authorities missed. Maybe they've been more thorough here, but it's important to let the evidence speak for itself.
