Commentary
Even if the current claims about what happened here prove to be true, there could be more to this story. An accident reportedly caused by falling asleep at the wheel may seem open-and-shut, there could be underlying issues that led to the accident. Was the driver working unreasonable hours? Were drugs or alcohol involved? Was this an unqualified or reckless driver hired by an employer whose hiring procedures aren't strict enough? Seeing there's accountability for the harm done by the crash is one thing, but it's also important to help ensure this won't happen again.
