Lubbock, TX — August 22, 2025, David Ramirez was killed and two were injured following a semi-truck accident around 11:43 p.m. along Marsha Sharp.

Preliminary information about the accident says that it took place at the Marsha Sharp and I-27 interchange.

According to officials, 36-year-old David Ramirez was a passenger in a vehicle going westbound along the Marsha Sharp service road. At the I-27 service road, the vehicle and a semi-truck collided. David Ramirez sustained fatal injuries in the crash.
