Commentary
Both single-vehicle wrecks and accidents involving teen drivers can bring up all kinds of speculation. That makes it more important than usual to ensure the evidence speaks for itself. Were there vehicle defects? Did a tire blow out? Were there issues with the road itself? Was there another reckless driver who left the scene? Likely or not, a proper investigation should cover all possible factors rather than jumping to conclusions without facts to support them.
