Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Following a car accident this serious, it's important to know what steps authorities are taking to get answers. Sometimes, they're being thorough and making sure all possible factors are getting attention. Other times, though, they move on too quickly before all the facts are considered. That's why accidents sometimes fare better in the hands of independent accident reconstructionists who can make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
