Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often overlook work accidents like this and just assume authorities like OSHA are going to automatically take care of everything. In reality, Texas has the most complex work accident laws of any other state in the country. Victims and families are not always guaranteed benefits following a work accident. That means they may need to take steps early on to investigate the accident, preserve evidence, and put together a case that can help navigate the legal maze that is Texas work accident law.
