Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
The number of different ways something like this can occur raises all kinds of potentially complex legal avenues for anyone involved in the accident. Was this a gas line explosion? Did this involve poorly installed or maintained equipment? Was this an industrial accident? Did a truck carrying hazardous materials crash? Did an electrical condition spark the explosion? All of these can have vastly different approaches, legally speaking, so it's important steps are taken to consider how those affected by the accident are preparing for whatever steps may come next for them.
