Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A vehicle losing control like this is something one generally expects to see late at night or early in the morning when fatigue is a more common occurrence. This happening at around noon raises some serious questions. Did a tire blow out? was there a medical emergency? Has the victim's vehicle been inspected for defects (brake failure, electronics, lane assistance or auto-driving features, etc.)? Likely or not, something obviously went very wrong here. It's important that the victim's loved ones know all possibilities are being explored thoroughly.
