Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People might see one vehicle in motion and others parked and just assume the one in motion was in the wrong. At the end of the day, though, conclusions need evidence. For all we know, this crash involved a tire blowout or a medical emergency or road hazards. Preliminary reports like these often lack important context, such as cell phone records, road conditions, vehicle conditions, etc. Have investigators inspect the victim's vehicle for defects? Have they looked for any nearby cameras that cause the incident on video? Without considering a crash like this from all angles, trying to draw conclusions simply won't do anyone any good.
