Commentary
These types of accidents aren't common, but they tend to make the news a lot due to their attention-grabbing headlines. However, there isn't much available about this incident, and that concerns me. Maybe authorities took every step necessary to get this man's loved ones all the answers they needed. But if they, too, paid little attention to what happened here, my concern is that may leave the family in the dark at a time when they most deserve answers. Is there more to this story than these sparse OSHA statements let on?
