Hailey Welch Injured in Car Accident on Wilshire Boulevard in Burleson, TX
Burleson, TX — November 26, 2023, Hailey Welch was injured following a car accident at around 2:30 a.m. along S.W. Wilshire Boulevard.
Authorities said in their preliminary statements that the accident happened in the area of the S.W. Wilshire Boulevard and Clubhouse Drive intersection.
According to officials, 18-year-old Hailey Welch was a passenger in a Toyota Tundra driven by an 18-year-old man. They were going southbound along Wilshire/Highway 174. For reasons unclear right now, the vehicle lost control, causing it to swerve off the side of the road. There, the vehicle then overturned.
Welch reportedly had serious injuries as a result of the crash. The driver apparently wasn't injured. Authorities mentioned that roads were wet and winds were strong at the time of the accident, however the exact cause of the crash remains unconfirmed.
