Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With a single-vehicle wreck like this, people don't realize just how complex they can be. They can involve mechanical issues, tire blowouts, road hazards, drivers that left the scene, etc. While people tend to just assume the driver did something wrong, and as common as that is, jumping to conclusions isn't going to do any good. There needs to be consideration for factors which rarely come to light from police investigations alone. The same could very well prove true here, as well.
