Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
The current details floating around about this awful event are more than a little concerning. Driving recklessly is one thing. Hitting a tow truck, no doubt well-lit and avoidable, is another. But driving around without lights? If that's true, something unusual must have contributed to this terrible event. Finding out what would no doubt be crucial if there's someone who needs to be held accountable for all of this, but it will also be important for the families of the victims who deserve some answers.
