Pedestrian Injured in Car Accident on the Southwest Fwy. in Houston, TX
Houston, TX — August 23, 2025, one person was injured due to a car versus pedestrian accident around 11:45 p.m. along the Southwest Freeway.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened near Renwick Drive in the area of eastbound lanes of I-69.

Things like road conditions, visibility, alcohol, road design, lighting and signage, and even medical conditions are important to consider. If authorities didn't do that here, how certain can they really be they're getting the whole story?
