Commentary by Michael Grossman
If authorities are able to release more information to the public, that would be wise. In my experience, a lot of hit-and-runs that are resolved weeks or months after an accident reach a conclusion because someone in the public helps investigators connect the dots. A family member, a friend, a neighbor, a co-worker, or just an attentive member of the community could bring new information forward. I remain hopeful there will be a resolution here if there hasn't been already.
