Commentary
Saying a propane tank was "faulty" raises serious red flags, so hopefully investigators can clarify what they mean. Was it being used improperly? Was it in a state of disrepair? Was it installed improperly? Was this accident the result of a manufacturer's defect? Depending on what happened here, there could be some long, in-depth investigations ahead to find out what happened. That may require efforts beyond what even fire officials may be able to handle depending on the kind of training and tools available to them.
