Rashunda Daniels, 2 Injured in Car Accident in Temple, TX
UPDATE (January 2, 2024): The identity of the driver in this incident has been confirmed to be 31-year-old Rashunda Daniels, of Temple, Texas. The identities of the two other women involved have not yet been confirmed by officials.
Temple, TX — November 6, 2023, three women were injured in a car accident just before 10:30 in the evening along McLellan Dr.
According to reports, three women—one age 31 and two age 36—were traveling in a northbound Nissan Sentra on Shinoda Drive approaching a 90 degree left hand turn onto McLellan Drive when the accident occurred.

For unconfirmed reasons, the Sentra did not safely navigate the turn; instead, it drove through the fence of a residential home, between two houses, and crashed through another fence before coming to a stop in the backyard of a residence. All three women in the vehicle reportedly incurred severe injuries as a result of the crash; they were all transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reportedly clear and dry. No additional details are currently available pertaining to this incident.
