Commentary
I always talk about the importance of investigating fatal accidents seriously. Pedestrian accidents are no exception. There's no telling when unusual circumstances could lead to something like this, which is why it's important to find out if authorities took the investigations seriously. Did they take the time to uncover as much evidence as possible, or did they move on without ensuring the victim's loved ones had the answers they needed?
