Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
My hope is that this incident continues to get the attention it deserves. A lot of folks—authorities included—will simply jump to conclusions after pedestrian accidents. Like any accident, though, it's important there are thorough investigations into the full context. There could always be extenuating circumstances that make this incident stand out from others and that may need further steps to resolve.
