Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Obviously, any mention of alcohol is serious and needs to be investigated thoroughly. However, that goes beyond just investigating the potentially drunk driver. If investigations found that the driver had been unlawfully over-served by a local alcohol provider, then they, too, may be responsible. Is that something authorities have included in their investigations?
