1 Killed, Salvador Cruz Garnica, 1 Injured in Car Accident in San Antonio, TX
Bexar County, TX — October 14, 2023, one person was killed and Salvador Cruz Garnica and another were hurt after a car accident at 2:13 a.m. along I-35.
Right now, some details available to the public are unclear. While there is indication this crash happened in the Sayers area, details also say the crash happened off the I-35 service road in the area of Interchange Parkway, which appears to be in Northeast San Antonio off the Loop 410 interchange.
Other details explain that Salvador Cruz Garnica was a passenger in a Ford Focus driven by an unidentified man. The vehicle was going southbound when it somehow ran off the side of the service road where it then overturned repeatedly.
Due to the crash, the driver of the Ford sustained fatal injuries. Garnica and another passenger in the Ford were injured. Right now, details surrounding the crash remain unconfirmed as investigations are ongoing.
