1 Killed, Salvador Cruz Garnica, 1 Injured in Car Accident in San Antonio, TX
Bexar County, TX — October 14, 2023, one person was killed and Salvador Cruz Garnica and another were hurt after a car accident at 2:13 a.m. along I-35.
Right now, some details available to the public are unclear. While there is indication this crash happened in the Sayers area, details also say the crash happened off the I-35 service road in the area of Interchange Parkway, which appears to be in Northeast San Antonio off the Loop 410 interchange.

Other details explain that Salvador Cruz Garnica was a passenger in a Ford Focus driven by an unidentified man. The vehicle was going southbound when it somehow ran off the side of the service road where it then overturned repeatedly.
