Sean Walsh, 1 Injured in Car Accident on Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX
Bexar County, TX — June 15, 2024, Sean Walsh and another person were injured in a car accident shortly after 12:15 p.m. along State Loop 410.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Sean Walsh was traveling in an eastbound Ford Focus on Loop 410 in the vicinity west of Paloalto when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound Dodge Ram pickup truck occupied by a 46-year-old man failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. Reports state that it veered left, crossing over the median and entering the eastbound lanes of the highway. There, a T-bone collision occurred between the right side of the pickup truck and the front-end Ford Focus.
Both Walsh and the man from the Ram reportedly sustained serious injuries over the course of the accident. EMS transported both of them to area medical facilities so that the could receive necessary treatent.

A median crossover followed by a side-impact crash is more than a momentary mistake—it’s a complex event that needs full reconstruction. How far before the crash did the pickup begin drifting? Was the movement sudden or gradual? Did investigators document the trajectory of the Ram and determine whether the Focus had any opportunity to react? These are the kinds of questions that need physical measurements, vehicle positioning, and evidence-based mapping—not assumptions.
Has anyone looked into the possibility that a vehicle defect caused the crash?
When a vehicle veers into oncoming lanes, the possibility of a mechanical failure must be taken seriously.
