Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
After single-vehicle accidents, it's important to know if a lack of information is from authorities just being reserved or if they didn't actually spend a lot of time on the investigations. In my experience, these kinds of accidents too often are written off as a low priority. This can lead to crucial details slipping through the cracks. That's why when drivers want to be sure their side of the story is being told fairly, they often have to bring in independent investigators who will let the evidence speak for itself.
