Shirley Johnson Killed in Car Accident in Conroe, TX
Montgomery County, TX — February 16, 2024, Shirley Johnson was killed in a car accident at approximately 6:30 p.m. along Frazier Street, S.H. 75.
According to authorities, a Jeep Liberty was traveling southbound on North Frazier Street near the Woodland Hills Drive intersection when the accident occurred.

Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Jeep failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left of center, entering the northbound lane of the highway. This resulted in a head-on collision between the Jeep and an oncoming Ford Escape occupied by 66-year-old Shirley Johnson.
Johnson incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the accident. An 18-year-old woman and a 41-year-old woman from the Jeep suffered apparently minor injuries as well.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
