Steven Whitney Injured in Car Accident in Chambers County, TX
Chambers County, TX — October 2, 2024, Steven Whitney was injured following a car accident that occurred at around 12:16 A.M. on IH-10.

An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the early morning hours of October 2nd. According to official reports, Steven Whitney was travelling in a Toyota Prius on IH-10 West near FM 3180 when a Audi A6 coming from behind Whitney, failed to maintain their distance and speed and struck the rear of Whitney's vehicle.
As a result of the impact, the Prius lost control and collided with a concrete barrier. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Whitney had sustained serious injuries and transported him to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Whitney's injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
