Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People may be quick to jump to conclusions about this accident considering it involved a pedestrian on the interstate. But just like any serious accident, it's important to know all of the factors surrounding the accident. Visibility, road conditions, cell phone records, witness statements, any potential video of the accident—these all need to be considered before anyone makes judgments. Hopefully authorities are motivated to take this accident seriously and give it the attention it deserves.
