Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Right now, the cause of the crash can't be confirmed. Is this relative lack of information due to authorities not being public with their findings? Or did they not actually give this crash much attention? I've seen plenty of investigations go either way. Sometimes authorities are incredibly thorough, but no one in the public is asking about the crash, so they just reserve their findings for the people involved in the crash. Other times, though, families have come to me with reports that were incomplete or outright wrong because authorities simply didn't bother taking the crash seriously. Is there any word on what investigations were like here?
