Greene County, TN — January 4, 2025, one person was injured after a truck accident at about 1 p.m. on State Route 340.

Authorities said a semi-truck ran off the road near the Greene County-Cocke County line before it overturned in a ditch. The tanker truck, which reportedly was carrying thousands of gallons of liquid chocolate, ended up on its top.

The driver, who has not been identified at this time, was flown to an area hospital by helicopter, according to authorities.
