James Monrroe Jr. Injured in Car Accident in Trinity County, TX
Trinity County, TX — November 15, 2023, James Monrroe was injured in a car accident shortly before 8:45 in the evening along F.M. 3188.
According to reports, 45-year-old James Monrroe Jr. was traveling in a northwest bound pickup truck on Farm to Market 3188 in the vicinity of the Pelicans Cove intersection when the accident took place.

For reasons yet to be confirmed, the pickup truck was unable to safely negotiate a left-hand curve in the road; it veered off of the right side of the road and into a ditch before going into a skid and colliding with a tree. The pickup then began rolling, causing Monrroe to be ejected from the vehicle. The pickup came to a stop resting on its roof with Monroe coming to rest just to the west of the truck. He reportedly incurred severe injuries as a result of the accident and was flown to an area hospital by EMS in order to receive immediate care.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by local authorities. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reportedly cloudy and dry. There are no additional details currently available pertaining to this incident.
