Blake Mulvaney Killed in Motorcycle Car Accident on Roosevelt Ave. in San Antonio, TX
Bexar County, TX — March 5, 2024, Blake Mulvaney was killed in a motorcycle versus car accident at approximately 6:10 p.m. along Roosevelt Avenue.
According to authorities, 26-year-old Blake Mulvaney was traveling on a southbound motorcycle in the far right lane of Roosevelt Avenue at the Saenz Street intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that a southbound Buick Envision SUV which had been in the far left lane of Roosevelt Avenue in preparation of turning left onto eastbound Saenz Street, for reasons yet to be confirmed, crossed over all of the southbound lanes in order to attempt a right-hand turn, instead. In doing so, however, the Buick entered the path of the motorcycle; the front end of the motorcycle struck the passenger side of the Buick, as a result.
Mulvaney was ejected from the motorcycle and came to rest between the two westbound lanes of Saenz Street in the vicinity west of the intersection. The Buick and the motorcycle came to a stop off of the roadway on the south side of Saenz Street. Mulvaney incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the wreck. No other injuries have been reported.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
