Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of the concerns with pedestrian accidents is they're not always seen as a high priority. As a result, authorities sometimes move on before they've really been able to get clear answers. I've had many families come to me over the years because of this. They feel their concerns aren't being addressed, and they're left with unanswered questions. It's possible authorities here have been more thorough than public reports have let on. But if getting clear answers here required more thorough independent investigations, it would be far from the first time.
