Rogelio Ortiz Jr., Crystal Marie Ortiz Injured in Car Accident in Harris County, TX
Harris County, TX — January 27, 2024, Rogelio Ortiz Jr. and Crystal Marie Ortiz were injured in a car accident just after 12:45 a.m. along Sam Houston Parkway.
According to reports, 40-year-old Crystal Marie Ortiz and 38-year-old Rogelio Ortiz Jr. were traveling in an eastbound Chevy Equinox SUV along Sam Houston Parkway in the vicinity east of John Ralston Road when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the SUV failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left, partially leaving the lane and colliding with the curb and a guardrail. Both Crystal Ortiz and Rogelio Ortiz incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident and were transported to a local medical facility in order to receive immediate treatment.
