Philip Ayoub Injured in 18-Wheeler Accident in Plano, TX
Plano, TX — September 26, 2024, Philip Ayoub was injured following an 18-wheeler that happened around 1:25 P.M. on US 75.

An investigation is underway into an 18-wheeler accident that left one person seriously injured during the morning rush hour on September 26th. According to official reports, Phillip Ayoub was travelling in a Hyundai Santa Fe on Hwy 75 in the northbound lanes, near the Plano Pkwy exit, when a vehicle from behind failed to control their speed and struck Ayoub from behind.
As a result of the impact, Ayoub's vehicle was pushed into the left parallel lane where it was struck by an 18-wheeler. The impact from the 18-wheeler caused Ayoub's Santa Fe to strike the concrete barrier, dividing the highway.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Ayoub had sustained serious injuries and transported him to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Ayoub's injuries.
