Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
After any serious accident, I talk about the importance of thorough and careful investigations to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks. Rarely is that more true than when a child loses their life. As important as it is simply for the victim's loved ones to have answers, steps must be taken to find out what went wrong and if steps can be taken to prevent future accidents so other families don't have to go through the same hardships.
