Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often brush off single-vehicle accidents and assume the cause must be obvious. However, those involved in single-vehicle accidents often find authorities are not at all interested in hearing their side of the story. That's why many seek out independent investigations. Authorities might only focus on looking for blame, but independent professionals can prioritize looking for the facts and letting the evidence speak for itself. Whether or not that ever happened here remains to be seen.
