Diana Sotero Injured in Car Accident in Laredo, TX
Laredo, TX — September 25, 2024, Diana Sotero was injured following a car accident that occurred at around 10:17 A.M. on Cuatro Vientos Rd.

An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the morning hours of September 25th. According to official reports, Diana Sotero was travelling as a passenger in a Chevy Silverado on Jalapa St. in the westbound lanes, at Cuatro Vientos Rd. and began to turn right onto Cuatro Vientos when a Nissan Versa failed to yield the right-of-way and struck Sotero's vehicle. The Nissan reportedly had been in the turn only lane but did not turn onto Jalapa and instead drove straight.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Sotero had sustained serious injuries and transported her to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including the status of Sotero's injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
