McAllen, TX — May 9, 2025, Fernando Gomez Jr. and one other were injured following a truck accident at around 11:02 p.m. along Expressway 83.
Initial details about the accident say that it happened along eastbound lanes in the area of McColl Road.
According to officials, a 23-year-old man and a 25-year-old man were in a Chrysler 300 going along the interstate. In events unclear, the car and an 18-wheeler crossed paths and collided. Due to the accident, the driver of the Chrysler was seriously injured. The passenger had moderate injuries.
