Galen Nelson Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Harris County, TX
Harris County, TX — September 30, 2023, Galen Nelson sustained fatal injures as the result of a car accident at around 8:40 p.m. on U.S. Highway 90.
Authorities said in their preliminary statements that the crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 90 and Bohemian Hall Road in the Crosby area.

According to officials, Galen Nelson was operating a motorcycle which was going eastbound along the highway. A GMC Sierra was northbound on Bohemian Hall Road. At the crossing, authorities believe the GMC failed to yield, resulting in a collision with Nelson's bike.
Nelson was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries. Details say Nelson was taken to the hospital where he died on October 1. There were no other reported injuries resulting from the collision. Right now, potential charges or citations are unclear pending investigations.
