Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I have to wonder if this accident ever got the attention it deserved. Frankly, a lot of people jump to conclusions when it comes to bicyclists. This can lead to shallow or incomplete investigations. It's possible a closer look would show authorities were thorough here, but it may otherwise show that there were important details that never got any attention. At the end of the day, what's it important is knowing the victim's loved ones got the answers they need.
