Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A lot of people mistakenly believe that car accidents are simple just be they're common. Even authorities tend to look only at surface-level details. However, any situation can potentially involve complex or unusual factors that require more thorough investigations. For folks who want to be sure they're getting all the facts, jumping to conclusions clearly won't do any good. Maybe authorities here took care to look at this situation from all angles. If there's more to the story, though, it may take independent investigations to bring it to light.
