Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Anytime I see a motorcycle wreck, there's a concern about whether or not investigations are being taken seriously. A lot of folks are quick to assume a motorcyclist must have done something wrong, and this can lead to shoddy or shallow investigations. That's why it can be important to follow up with authorities and make sure they're being thorough. If not, it's important for a family to know as soon as possible if they decide they want a second set of eyes looking things over. That way, they can make sure the evidence is able to speak for itself.
