Nicholas Mahoney Killed in Bus Accident in Campbell County, WY
Campbell County, WY — July 9, 2023, Nicholas Mahoney was killed in a bus collision on Highway 59 near Wright in Campbell County, WY.
Authorities say that on June 9, a collision occurred between a Ford and a southbound bus on Highway 59 shortly after 7:00 in the morning. According to reports, the Ford drove over the center lane line into traffic coming the opposite way. The Ford and the bus crashed, killing one person and injuring another.
Investigators have not determined what caused the accident. 25-year-old Nicholas Mahoney sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
Investigators are continuing their inquiry into the crash.
