Teen Bicyclist Injured in Car Accident on F.M. 105 in Orange County, TX
Orange County, TX — May 4, 2023, a teenager was injured following a car versus bicycle accident at around 3:30 a.m. along Farm-to-Market 105.
Preliminary details about the collision say that it happened north of Vidor near the intersection of F.M. 105/North Main Street and Pine Forest Drive. According to authorities, a 13-year-old boy was on a bicycle traveling along Main Street.
In a series of events not entirely clear, a pickup traveling southbound along Main struck the teenager as he was riding in the roadway. Due to this, the teenager sustained unspecified injuries. No one else appeared to be hurt. Police did not report any charges or citations following the crash. No further information is available as investigations continue.
