Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A vehicle on the wrong side of the road is naturally going to raise all kinds of red flags. But the most important thing after any crash is to consider all possible factors and to let the evidence speak for itself. Even crashes like this can involve unique or unusual circumstances. Whether it's a vehicle defect, a medical emergency, issues with signage or lighting, or some other unpredictable factor, it's important to at least rule it out. That way, victims and families can be certain they're going forward with the full story. Are authorities making sure these possibilities get the attention they deserve?
