Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of the biggest challenges with single-vehicle wrecks is authorities sometimes focus so much on looking for someone to blame that they overlook important evidence. That's why it's sometimes necessary to have independent accident reconstructionists look into a serious crash like this. To know the full story, the evidence needs to speak for itself. As such, it's generally better for victims and families to make sure the crash is in the hands of professionals who will prioritize getting the facts first and foremost.
