Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
If authorities haven't located the driver involved here, it might help to release more information to the public. A lot of the time, someone is able to connect the dots for the police and help them identify someone of interest. Once that happens, steps can be taken both to see there's accountability for that person leaving the scene and for whatever led that person to flee in the first place.
