Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A common challenge with car accidents I rarely see other lawyers talk about is how authorities don't always prioritize getting facts after a serious crash. Sometimes, they focus only looking for blame. Meanwhile, there could be extenuating circumstances they're not considering because they feel a thorough accident reconstruction is a low priority. That's why a lot of people who want to tell their side of the story fairly fare better with independent investigations. They can focus on letting the evidence speak for itself. Hopefully steps have been taken here to ensure all the facts are brought to light.
