Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
When it comes to motorcycle accidents, it's important to ensure investigators are being fair. A lot of people have a bias against motorcyclists, and this sometimes gets in the way of conducting proper, thorough accident reconstructions. If authorities have been able to show that they put bias aside and let the evidence speak for itself, that would be good. But anytime victims or families feel details aren't adding up, that may be a sign to have the crash looked at by independent investigators.
