Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I'm always concerned when reading about pedestrian accidents that people are going to jump to conclusions. There are obviously some common possible factors to consider after an accident like this, but at the end of the day, someone lost their life. It's important their loved ones know that all possible factors have been considered. Even if something may seem unlikely, the evidence should have the final say.
